Refund policy

Physical Products (US Domestic Orders) We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for US domestic orders. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where applicable. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping We offer free return shipping on eligible US domestic orders. A prepaid return label will be provided upon return approval. Free return shipping does not apply to Point of Sale purchases.

Cancellation Orders can be cancelled any time before they are fulfilled. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Digital Products Due to the nature of digital downloads (3D printable project files), all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on digital products once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your file, please contact us and we'll do our best to resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: digital downloads, custom or personalized orders, and items showing signs of use or damage not caused by us.
