Square & Rectangle Cabochon Ring Blank – 3MF Digital Project File for Bambu Studio.
You made the stone. Now finish the story.
No resin printer. No cleanup. Just clean geometry, tuned for PolyCast PVB — an industrial-grade burnout filament refined for jewelry casting.
PolyCast burns out clean, leaving no ash or residue — ready to pour.
You’ll still file and polish by hand (or rotary tool), but the effort goes where it matters.
The same craftsmanship, fewer steps between idea and metal.
The Process
Select and print your ring blank. Test-fit stones and scale as needed.
Assemble on your sprue using a 3D-printing pen with PolyCast filament.
Mist with alcohol until the surface smooths to your liking.
Invest, burn out, and cast.
