Most thin blades are built for light trimming. This one is not.
The 6-inch Sintered Diamond Saw Blade carries diamond throughout the rim, delivering long service life, cooler running, and straighter cuts through dense jasper, agate, quartz, and other hard lapidary material. Where a plated blade flexes and fades quickly, sintered edges keep cutting.

A featured upgrade for the Cut n’ Cab MakerSpace platform, this blade is the heavier-duty counterpart to the stock gemstone saw — designed for hogging through tough rough and producing reliable, repeatable cuts.

What’s in the box
• 6-inch sintered diamond lapidary saw blade

Why Sintered Diamond?
• Diamond matrix through the rim — stays sharp as it wears
• Straighter tracking under load, less deflection on hard material
• Longer lifespan than plated blades — fewer replacements, lower cost over time
• Supports both trimming and heavier-duty cutting in wet lapidary setups

Every order supports Aetherium Innovations and our mission to develop tools and technologies that lower costs and learning barriers in the skilled art trades.
