Some projects need sharp corners. Others need smooth curves.

Ball nose end mills are designed for contouring, relief carving, and 3D surface finishing where a standard flat end mill would leave visible steps and sharp transitions. Whether you're machining aluminum, brass, copper, silver, or creating detailed CNC reliefs, a ball nose cutter helps produce smoother surfaces and finer detail.

These solid carbide cutters feature a standard 3.175mm (1/8") shank compatible with many desktop CNC machines, including the Carvera Air, Makera Z1, and other ER11-based systems.

Available Sizes
• 1mm Ball Nose – Fine details, small text, intricate relief work
• 2mm Ball Nose – Balanced detail and durability for general-purpose contouring
• 3.175mm Ball Nose – Larger contours, faster finishing passes, and broad surface work

Specifications
• Solid carbide construction
• 2 flute design
• 3.175mm (1/8") shank
• Designed for non-ferrous metals
• Compatible with ER11 collet systems
• Suitable for brass, copper, aluminum, silver, gold, and plastics
• for contouring, 3D finishing, and curved surface machining

What's Included
• One ball nose end mill in the selected size
