There one moment, gone the next. You don’t notice the water baffle until it’s gone.
Pulled for flat cuts. Set aside mid-session. Lost somewhere between cleanup and the next stone.

The Water Baffle Upgrade replaces the factory orange water baffle on Vevor faceting machines and fixes the small usability issues cutters regularly work around. It installs by sliding over the original location, restores controlled water direction, and improves hand stability during faceting without changing how the machine operates.

The internal lip redirects water back toward the lap edge while maintaining clear sightlines to the stone. The integrated hand shelf provides a more natural resting point, reducing finger fatigue and helping keep slurry contained where it belongs. The part can be removed easily for flat or table cuts and reinstalled without tools when returning to faceting.
